General FAQ for Residential Cleaning
Am I charged a full quoted amount even if it doesn't take that long to clean my place?
No, you're only charged based on the amount of time we actually clean your place, if we finish earlier, you won't be charged the full amount quoted.
Are cleaning suppliers included?
Cleaning suppliers like micro fibres and eco-friendly cleaning products are included by default. Of course, we can use your cleaning suppliers if you want us to.
Do I have to be at home for my cleaning?
It's completely up to you. If you're not going to be at your home, we will need to meet up before the cleaning day to get access to your premises.
Cancellation/Rebooking
You have to cancel/rebook the booking within 24hrs before the appointment. If you decide to cancel/rebook after 24hrs or when we are at your place, you will be charged with 1h cleaning.

General FAQ for Organizing
How does the consultation work?
We book a meeting by video link or I come over. You describe what you need help with and we will ask questions to dial in your expectations and your desired goal. We put together a plan that suits both your needs and your wallet. The conclusion takes about 30 minutes.
Do I need to be involved in the work?
You can be involved just as much as you want. You may want to do some of the work yourself or you may want us to do everything. We will be able to take care of some aspects completely ourselves, then you don't even have to be at home. We will have to make other decisions together and then it is good if you are available for this.
How does it work with the purchase of, for example, storage?
At the consultation or during the course of the work, we will together review which storage is needed for your particular assignment. Maybe you have something at home that we can use in a different way and because we want to be more sustainable, we can get some of the storages from second-hand and that will save you some cost (of course it's by choice, if you wish to get new storages that's also fine). When purchasing storage products, you are responsible for the cost.
Do you also help with cleaning?
You can book our residential cleaning service if you need both cleaning and organizing.
